Underneath the pavement, a hundred stories down in a labyrinth of twisted pipes and tunnels in the ground a kingdom that has never seen the light of day. Here they dribble down like rain to the realm of Underwing. It's a dark civilization, it's a hidden hobo nation that lives in tunnels underneath the ground. Some are broken, some are crazy, some are wandring in the maze. Because they lost their way and don't want to be found. In the subterranean there's a ganglia of drains and they all lead down into the meeting hall. It is ruled by the King and they call it Underwing and the only way to get there is to fall.
